How the Pall-Ex operating model works
The Pall-Ex Group was established in the UK in 1996 in response to the growing need of customers to reduce their stock and increase their flexibility.
Our palletized freight network is designed to maximize efficiency and provide the most effective services to our customers.
Our radial model
The Pall-Ex Group manages a network of over 550 independent logistics companies worldwide. Member depots, located regionally, collect cargo from customers, consolidate it in their warehouses, and transport it to the Pall-Ex transit hub for onward delivery to customers.
By uniting independent transport companies to work together in a network, Pall-Ex has introduced substantial operational and transport efficiencies, enabling customers to ship individual pallets or partial pallet loads quickly and cost-effectively, both domestically and internationally.
Our services are flexible so that other companies can be too, increasing pallets during peak seasons and reducing them during quieter periods, while still meeting customer expectations.
The Pall-Ex radial system is a proven and reliable model that brings operational and sustainability benefits to members, employees, and customers alike.
